Caesar Salad
Introduction
This is an attempt to duplicate Rudy's Caesar Salad for which he was famous in AnchorageAlaska (well at least to Teresa and I :-). Expect it to evolve ...
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 Head of Romaine lettuce, torn into small bits
- Garlic croutons
- ... ?
Dressing
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 Large cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 1 Tsp. of mustard powder
- 1 Tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Lemon's juice
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Make the garlic croutons (Teresa, help!)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a jar (except the lettuce and croutons)
- Put lid on jar and shake vigourously
- Pour dressing over lettuce and croutons

Please note that crying and smelling bad is an intentional side effect.
