GenealogySoftware is something I've been keeping an eye on for a while. Primarily my interest lies in trying to find the stories from family history and make sure that they don't get lost.
While there is lots of software out there for manipulating gedcom data files all the web based software I could find sucked.
Web Software
- PhpGedView
The best web based viewer/editor I've found so far. Very active OpenSource project with a not too ugly user interface and decent privacy and authentication features.
- PhpMyFamily
- A nice simple genealogy program which lets you track stories and photos.
