Kinesis makes very high quality ergonomic keyboards. After struggling with WristPain I decided to give one of their keyboards a try and see if it helps. I can't say that it's made a significant difference for me, but I have noticed that often it's harder to notice improvements then degregations.
Over all I'd say I'm pleased with the purchase they they are quite expensive.
