Video conferencing software which supports more then point to point conferencing.

Damaka (Windows)

iChat A/V (Mac)
Based on AIM for instant messaging it supports up to 10 people in a audio conference and 4 people in a video conference. Strongest point is the echo cancellation which allows excellent sound quality using the built in mic and speakers on your laptop.

iVisit (Mac / Windows)
The free version supports up to 8 way video confernce but is restricted to very low resolution. I think it supports either a peer to peer or a client-server architecture.
